"This new DLC only appears a DLC to purchase. "Crown of the Old Iron King, the second chapter in its The Lost Crowns DLC trilogy for Dark Souls 2 has not been linked to the PlayStation Network season pass yet," reads an update on the game's Facebook page.
Bandai Namco apologized for the error and warned PS3 pass holders to not purchase the content while it tries to fix the problem. This may seem like another of the game's nefarious lateral challenges, but the only solution at present is to buy the DLC, which is a pretty terrible solution since you've already ponied up the cash. The second of a trilogy of DLC, Crown of the Old Iron King, launched this week with no hitches on PC and Xbox 360, but for EU owners of the PS3 pass it shows up as requiring purchase.
